I am unable to view the images in the document, they just appear as a blank box with a red cross in it - how can I view them? Occasionally we have problems importing certain types of images into our web pages.
In a small number of instances images were simply not submitted with the original document. In this instance we apologise for any inconvenience caused, but however much we try we can't do anything to find them for you.
If images are missing please report this using the "Report low quality document" link in the Tools section of the relevant essay page.
My work is found on your site, however I never submitted it to the site, nor gave you permission to publish it - why/how have you got it? Coursework can only appear on our site if a user submits it to one of our online coursework libraries (not necessarily Student Central), and accepts our terms and conditions which state that they guarantee that they have the intellectual property rights for that document. If someone has fraudulently submitted your work to our site, please send the URL of the document (the address in address bar of your browser), along with a short description of the problem. We'll remove your document immediately whilst we investigate.
Please note that in 90% of all such instances it ends up that the user did actually submit their work to one of our websites, so please don't be too quick to leap to any conclusions.
The document does not appear to have a reference list or bibliography, and I need it to reference my own work, how can I view this? If the document doesn't have a reference list and bibliography (located at the end of the document), then I'm afraid it means that these items were not submitted with the original Word document and therefore we don't have access to them.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this - however you can reference the essay itself in your own work please follow the guidelines presented for your particular course on how to do this correctly.
I want to contact the author of the coursework I am reading in order to ask him/her questions about it - can you please tell me who the author is and how I can contact them? Sorry but to protect the privacy of our users we can't provide their contact details.
I have just found that my name still appears on the document that I submitted to the site -please remove it. Coursework should be submitted to us in the form that you want it to appear on the site. However if you've forgotten to remove your name, or any other sensitive information, please contact us.
Please be sure to include the full URL of the document (the address in your web browsers address bar) in your email.
