... judge is essentially the leader of the court, but with that right comes great responsibility- to create a organized, harmonious courtroom, and to not let the power they are given go to their head. However, because of this responsibility, not to mention the years of experience within the court the judge must go to to indeed become a judge, the rest of the court must abide by, respect, and listen to the judge. These are very simple laws, that are created to keep general order within the court. In other circumstances, laws resembling these are used in exactly the same fashion. In Australia we elect a government leader, in both Federal, State and Local areas, so that he/she may govern the country (with the help of others) to create social cohesion, and democracy in general. If we did not have laws, then we may as well live in the same fashion ...
