The law read "it shall be unlawful for any person owning or managing a public resort to practice discrimination on the grounds of colour, race or ethnic/national origins against persons seeking access to the facilities or services. This source is reliable because further research leads me to believe that this law was definitely passed 1965. It may not be as reliable thought because there is no origin as to where the information on this law came from.
