... had the means to be able to make a good commitment as the times I needed to be at the establishment suited me and it was easy to travel to as it was a short work. I think the main reason I chose to take part was that normal leaders who organise arrange and keep the cub group going don't get paid and completely voluntary work they do which they very much enjoy doing. I felt that I should have a go at to see how I felt doing such a task which would be rewarding in its own ways rather than a job you get paid to do.
