There are to many opinions in the article such as"they causiously edged there way in" it was only the two boys that were there, how does the paper know what happen, the murder is balmed on Derek even though no one mentioned his mental age of a 10yr old, also they never investigate the other side of the story of "Let him have it Chris" it was only suggested that he meant shoot! not give the gun to the detective.
