Thus, this spare resources are essentials for the process of expansion and development of the west. This, in turn, lead to technological, economical and industrial development of the west due to a low cost of production and cheap raw materials which they have obtained from their colonies countries. Especially, the cheap labour - There were even the introductions of forced labour (In Indonesia and some African countries.) The resources from third world were mainly agricultural products or natural resources e.g. minerals, cottons etc. This does not seem that the west become industrialized only from the gain of low cost of production. However, even though the resources from the third world did not have a large effect to the west as a whole ...
