Things that are important to people over the age of 60 are crime, cost of living, health services, local shopping facilities, cost of houses, public transport, leisure facilities and pollution. The main features that people think concern 'Quality of Life' are crime, cost of living, jobs, health services, shopping facilities, wage levels, amount of unemployment, schools, housing, sports and leisure facilities, pollution, racial harmony, climate and weather, travel time to work and scenic quality. There is an exception for this though; World wide it is thought that richer people have a better 'Quality of Life' than poorer people do.
