The main course will no at all be disgusting as the customers of the pub enjoy eating food suited to the environment there. I decided to make two main dishes and one dessert dish as it is unusual for people to have a full three course meal in such a relaxed environment. Pubs are places to socialise so there are meals for two people instead of one starter and one main course for one person. Also, the food could be eaten separately while having a drink.
