Sports management is essential to the running of the professional teams involved in sport today. Sport has become a global money making organisation. Prove of this is in the total consumer expenditure into sport rising from £8.9 billion in 1990 to £15.9 billion in 2001 (Gratton, 2003) this shows that the financial sports management and the need for us to continue in this fashion. Organizations have to look at four different elements when trying set up a project or scheme.
