Overall this source shows evacuation was not successful. Source B is a photograph taken of children walking with their mothers to the station very happily. The picture was taken in 1939 and is primary. This is almost certainly propaganda because even though it is at the start of the war and the horrors have not occurred yet the mothers would have been very upset to see there children leave. If this is not propaganda and is true it shows a success all round however it most likely is to be propaganda.
